How long does a residential installation take?
Most standard residential installations are completed in 2–4 hours. If a panel upgrade is required, allow a full day. We'll give you a precise time estimate on your written quote.
Do I need a permit for a home EV charger?
Yes — in Australia, any new electrical circuit requires a permit and certificate of compliance. We manage all permit applications and inspections on your behalf at no extra cost. Never let anyone skip the permit; it voids your insurance and is illegal.
Which charger brands do you install?
We're brand-agnostic and install all major brands — Tesla Wall Connector, Wallbox, ChargePoint, Zappi, Fronius Wattpilot, Grizzl-E, JuiceBox, and more. We'll recommend the right charger for your vehicle and home during your consultation.
Will you upgrade my switchboard if needed?
Yes — we handle panel upgrades in-house. If your existing switchboard can't support a dedicated EV circuit, we'll quote a combined switchboard upgrade and charger installation in a single visit.
